YOGA CLASSES
Please see below for my current class timetable for adults, mums and babies, pregnancy and children and details of prices and what to bring. Please contact me if you are interested in joining a class as a student, or on behalf of your child or your school, or if you have a special private or group class request. Or simply come along and try a class anytime. Having attended various yoga class over the years, I can honestly say that nothing has come close to the wonderful effects and benefits I have experienced through Georgie’s Kundalini Yoga class. It goes far beyond exercise, working on subtle levels to bring balance, healing, emotional opening – and occasionally, surprising insights. It’s a great way of getting back to centre – which is probably why yoga nights invariably produce the best night’s sleep of the week! I am so grateful to have found this class, and look forward to another year of learning and development.
Prices vary from class to class, please call me for more info. You are welcome to pay on a drop in basis or buy a discounted card of ten classes which you can use over twelve weeks. Open classes are suitable for men and women of all shapes and sizes and all levels. To read more about Kundalini Yoga and Meditation click here. Mats are provided, but do bring your own mat if you like. I encourage all students to buy their own mats as it encourages you to continue your own practice at home! You may find it useful to bring a small towel, a blanket or something to keep you warm during relaxation and a bottle of water. Yogi Tea will be served after each session. Private classes can be wonderfully therapeutic as they can be specifically tailored to your physical and emotional needs. I have experience working one to one with clients coming to terms with abuse, addiction, eating disorders, bereavement and other traumas, as well as clients who simply want a special class that meets their physical needs. I have space for private classes or I can come to your home. |
