YOUR TESTIMONIES

Adult classes:

“I felt like I’d had a little holiday away from my family! I came home invigorated and relaxed, my back felt massaged. Georgie has a wonderful, gentle, calm teaching presence and the structure of her class flows beautifully” Anna, Kington

I was fortunate to attend two kundalini yoga sessions run by Georgie when attending a women’s health retreat at Penrhos. And what a treasure she is. I thoroughly enjoyed the yoga itself and felt that I filled my body with breath in a way that I hadn’t in a long time. Georgie has a very natural and gentle way of expressing herself which is most endearing. She also took the class through a meditation which invoked a very powerful emotional response for me personally but it felt good to let this out and afterwards I was nurtured with Georgie’s yogi tea and kind words. Angela, Penrhos Court Green Cuisine Retreat

“Kundalini yoga is helping me accept who I am physically, mentally and emotionally. It is bringing me peace, love and openness. My life is changing and Kundalini yoga is a part of that. And so are you Georgie, my shining star” Bernadette, France, England, Cambodia

“Georgie, you have a wonderful peaceful calm voice that soothes our spirit. You have been so loving, made me feel very special.” Shaku

“Georgie I feel I have literally been fighting to save my own life for the last 18 months. Yoga has been my most useful tool in discovering myself and building the strength I need to overcome depression, practice forgiveness (for myself and others), accept and move on. The peace and happiness I feel today would have taken a lot longer to find without you and your teaching. Thank you.” Jenne

“Words cannot express how much you mean to me. You have helped me to like myself! Thank you for your kindness and being such a wonderful yoga teacher” Sue, England, Australia, Cambodia

Thank you for enabling us to open up! You are a great teacher!” Sally Anne, Ireland Cambodia

Your classes remind me to focus inward to help with my outward relationships and life in general. I always feel refreshed and happy to go forth and try to be a better person and give more to my husband and to my children and to my life.” Michelle, USA, Cambodia

“Georgie it has been so good doing yoga with you. I am slowly opening up to Kundalini yoga, with its emotional elements and chanting – being used to Ashtanga which is so different. But I now chant in a committed voice after less than ten sessions.” Suzanne, Denmark, Cambodia

“Natural beauty, you are a gift of love, light, humanness. I know you will inspire so many more” Carrie, Wales, Cambodia

Yoga mothers:

“Thanks Georgie for always putting so much effort and thought into the classes. I really do feel as though they have made a massive difference to my pregnancy and the way I feel about the coming birth” Sarah, Hereford.

“I’d hardly done any yoga before going to these classes. I’m finding what I’m learning in Georgie’s pregnancy yoga class really helpful in preparing for birth and for being a mother; learning to be still, to relax and learning movements that are valuable physically and emotionally. Georgie creates a very welcoming atmosphere. Sarah, Wales”

“I was so lucky to do yoga with you before the birth. The classes, music and mantras definitely contributed to me being able to have my home birth.” Jessica, Midwife

“Because of Georgie my pregnancy and journey into early motherhood were filled with earthly love. I felt grounded and supported. She brought me into motherhood centred and clear. With a strength that was built on a foundation of love. Thank you Georgie you are a light and a star” Naomi, US, Cambodia

“Thank you Georgie for helping me to have a blissful birth and experiences with my baby once he was born. From your soothing voice and reassuring words to the music and explanations of how each yoga exercise affects my body and spirit, it has all stayed with me throughout my pregnancy, during the birth of my son, and even now – 10 months on! If only all mums-to-be could experience yoga with Georgie…” Nuor, UK & Cambodia
